Unequal Sound help

When I started up Warframe today, the sound was all over the place. I could barely hear Ordis, yet the starting sound was blasting in my ear. This was the same everywhere. Some sounds were barely noticeable, others were too loud. My earbuds aren't broken; they worked on my phone. Is this a problem with my computer settings? Does anybody know how I can fix it?

I've been having the same issues since I did an update to my PC. I wonder if it something with Win 10 somewhere.

Windows 10, by default, decreases the computer's volume when it detects incoming communications. This includes voice chat in games, which means that many games will become quieter when joining a match/squad/etc. You can try turning this off, but it hasn't worked for me; I had to turn off voice chat in Warframe.
