Endo replaced fusion cores, there's these gold idol treasure things now as the tradeable form of endo, Nekros Tigris and Galatine Prime are all pretty sweet, fairyframe is a New Loka quest, syndicate got their melees, Kittiebrows are now an available pet, starmap got rework, void got a rework and now void keys are relics and you technically can't share keys anymore but can snag other people's rewards, you open the relics in fissures which have their own space in the menu, and we're still waiting for War Within.

A lot of stuff happened between 17.5 and now. Obligatory Welcome Back Thread.

Right now, A tactical alert is going on (Nightwatch is back) with a 0.25% chance of getting a rift sigil on mission 4 (endurance, repeatable). Ayatan Scultures became a thing (mostly fashion instead of being sold for endo). Resources got a visual overhaul (and resource deposits can also be found), and right now, hype is being generated for the War Within.

Also, that Welcome back thread needs to be updated since it hasn't been updated since August 26th so the stuff that isn't listed there are:

  1. Syndicate Melee weapons
  2. Ayatan Sculptures and stars
  3. Resource changes
  4. Void Alerts
  5. Infested Defense got those rafters removed (blame Akkad leeches)
  6. Long Shadow Tactical alert
  7. You can now check your inventory in the Dojo

Also, Corrupted now have a different voice as of the Sands of Inaros update (they use a heavily synthesized version of Grineer or Corpus language, depending on the unit. Heavy Gunners oddly still use the original female grineer voice, likely a placeholder)

Edit: Gonna point out that leaving Corpus alarms on in higher level planets will be a pretty bad idea because as of Devine Will alert, these tough bastards are back as permanent enemies that spawn if you leave the alarm on in Corpus levels that are 15 or higher (unless it is nightmare, I think) and while they are not as broken as they were before, they are still quite strong and each one spawning in will be at a slightly higher level (I think it is n+3 with n being level) than the last one (Like this one, keep in mind, I was fighting level 20-22 enemies and the alarms have been on since the start of the mission)
