Relic equipped but not present during mission

I'm not even sure in what category this thread should be. Anyway, I'll get straight to the point.

I wanted to do a Neo Fissure, and I had a Radiant relic ready for that (Neo N3). I selected it, matchmaking found me some squad mates that were already in the mission, and I got pulled in. But when I checked to see what relics the others had, I noticed that I didn't have a relic, even though I certainly selected it.

But even if I didn't see the relic name, I could see the 0/10 Reactants widget, and it worked well. Once I picked 10 reactants, I got some Void Traced. But I did not receive the buff, and Lotus didn't say anything about the relic during the mission. The other players also confirmed that I did not have a relic equipped.

And, as expected, I could not chose a reward at the end:

 

After the mission, I checked and my relic was not consumed.
