Clan emblem support

It has been nearly 1 month(ish) since i updated my clan emblem, and it hasnt been responded with yet. i have got no support mail in my game inbox and whatnot. I guess there have come many hotfixes and updates. this is making me restless, plus its more about my 150 plats and i have no assurance of where it went. Its like my plats made it to void and faced the fate there.

If you contact support they may be able to help you. 

It's entirely possible that it just fell through the cracks and was forgotten about, given all the stuff that DE has had going on recently.
