The answer is yes, its totally RNG'd, if you want to gamble then you better off not using any imprints but if you want specific breed then use imprints of the same breed! I once asked DE about this and they said that even when you use imprints it can still give you a different Kubrow/Kavat " Even if you're using imprints, it only increases the chances of mimicking the appearance/breed of the used imprint, but does not guarantee the success. It is less random than just hitting random incubation. if there are matching "genes" then those will be a 100% chance. differing "genes" will yield a 50-50 chance of the two imputed. height and gender will always be random. Fur type, Breed and body build are subject to change with imprints Ex- you have 2 imprints of a Sahasa/patchy fur/bulky body and a Raksa/lotus fur/bulky body egg 1 yields a Sahasa/Lotus/Bulky and egg 2 yields a Raksa/Lotus/Bulky. the Bulky body stays in both eggs because it was shared between the 2 imprints, but the other 2 were 50-50 between the other 2 genes

Well, it's a free to play game, they need to make it at least compelling to get things with real money.

Welllllll when it comes to kubrows and kavats egg/ DNA, its not compelling at all but rather forced XD But yes F2P, would be nice to have guaranteed anything from time to time, to change the pace of course.
