Ivara Artemis bow breaks my game

I just recently baought Ivara, and I use her 4th ability, as I should, but more often then not, it breaks my game. I use it until I run out of energy, I need to get as many kills as possible, but 9/10 when I stop using Artemis bow (the game itself stops me) and then the game continues everything that usually happens when the bow is active, i.e not being allowed to pick up loot, not allowed to revive people, and not being able to switch weapons. The game becomes broken, I CANNOT shoot my (Artemis) bow and connot refill ammo for the weapon it put me back to, and I cannot help revive people, use any other ability, NOTHING, the game just says "Power in use" when I try to toggle the ability off manually, which shouldn't happen for the bow anyway. The only fix is to bleed out and revive manually. This is super broken and needs to fixed soon, I wasted 800 plat for a character that breaks my game 9/10 times.
