Framerate drop when casting an hability while sliding

First of all, excuse me for my crude english.

I don't know if this has been for a while or not but, I started playing again because of the las update (The Index) and while playing the index event, everytime I tried to cast ironskin with Rhino while sliding, the framerate would drop around 20fps for a few seconds and the hability wouldn't cast. I haven't tested any other frame yet.
