"Finisher" Augments and bleed

Do augments like Savage Silence, Radiant Finish, etc. increase the damage of bleed procs?  Since bleed procs deal "finisher" damage.

Status chance increases the probability of getting a status proc. From the weapon build side, the only way to increase the damage of the slash proc is to increase the weapons base damage - not elements or specific damage types (even Slash) - only the base damage.
