PSPLUS OVER NOW WHAT?

So my psplus subscription ended and i did get the starter pack that includes 100 plat, now, my platinum is all there  but when i go to trade it shows less 100 platinum available to spend in trade, my question is was  the 100 plat only  available for store spending since the beginning OR  because my psplus expired it simply does not exist?

Its probably non-tradable platinum. You can only use it in market.

Plat that doesnt show up for trading is plat that you only in the market.
