Good luck, in my experience they're generally pretty fast about responding to tickets about quest related stuff, but your mileage may vary as its the weekend for them right now. If you have only completed Vor's Prize, there is a chance that the segment is for the Kubrow/Kavat section. If you have 2 or more segments offline, then I would contact support.
