Tutorial Vor's Prize Quest Bugging Out - Navigation Inoperable

Hello, I'm new to the warframe world but I've been grandfathered in by two more seasoned friends, as they were helping me through the first mission and keys and such, when I got back to my ship from the tutorial my navigation seems to have completely bugged out. The X prompt for the nav doesn't show up, I can't access anything and I don't have the segment to open up communications to further the plot from the tutorial missions? I can't seem to do anything but wander my ship, I'm so lost! Please help

I have the exact same issue as the OP.  Any help would be appreciated.

Update: I had a friend set up my next mission in the story arch, after completing it I was able to access my nav panel again, I installed the mod segment but it appears I can't install the communications segment still? From the videos I've seen the I should be able to install it in the right desk thing of the cockpit.  Later today I intend to replay the mission that gives the communication segment in an attempt to prompt the installation.

I found a sort of solution actually, I deleted my warframe app and then redownloaded it, it seems to have fixed the bug and I'm running around doing missions all over now!

Today's hotfix fixed all my issues including the missing segments. Thanks all!
