Nekros P Build

Question

Hello, I was wondering if I could get some advice on a build.

So far I've come up with the following build: http://warframe-builder.com/Warframes/Builder/Nekros_Prime/t_30_3440220030_2-2-10-6-6-5-8-8-5-54-0-10-411-4-10-458-3-3-479-5-10-527-7-3-615-9-5-727-1-5_54-7-727-8-2-6-458-9-411-8-479-7-6-11-527-9-8-14-615-9_0/en/1-0-49/0

Would using health conversion be a good idea? Note I plan to run 1x Set Arcane Grace to supplement health regeneration.

Another build I came up with is: http://warframe-builder.com/Warframes/Builder/Nekros_Prime/t_30_3441220030_2-2-10-8-8-5-12-4-10-54-0-10-57-1-5-458-7-3-479-5-10-481-6-10-527-3-3-615-9-5_54-7-57-8-2-6-527-5-12-8-479-7-481-14-458-9-8-14-615-9_0/en/1-0-49/

If health conversion isn't worth it, I can also do a QT+Primed Flow build with Arcane Grace (or Arcane Pulse due to inefficiency)+Arcane Energize, replacing transient fortitude with blind rage to cap Shield of Shadows to 90% damage reduction (I believe this reduction also affects energy loss from QT so it would make it doubly effective, assuming it works similarly to Trinity's blessing).

Just wanted to get some criticism on the builds before I commit to one of them. Thanks in advance!

I'd say the first is better, the 2nd has too many drawbacks. you could just pick out the brood mothers, hyekka or drahk masters so you can get more shadows and more dmg reduction. and you have like 3 defensive mods, you shouldn't worry too much about surviving since you will

i run health conversion, p flow, max vitality and stretch in my shield of shadows 90% build and it works really really well. i don't have energize or grace, but i run pulse and victory with zenurik and i do 60 minutes mot with absolute ease..solo

the thing with nekros is, that at some point you absolutely must not ever run out of shadows or you will have a hard time getting back to 7 shadows after you got killed... so at 40+ once you die you will have to struggle your way back to 90%, which can be quite tough since the oneshot is real

Health Conversion is absolutely worth using on Nekros if you have Despoil. He can basically always keep himself at max stacks which equals 1415 armor for him including his base amount. On top of the 90% Damage Reduction from Shield of Shadows, he can easily be one of the tankiest frames in game (at about 48k EHP w/ Vitality and level 30 shields if my calculations are right, which is second only to Ice Chroma, though I could be missing a frame or two who's inbetween both).

Build wise, I use a very similar one to your bottom build. Obviously there's some room to change mods around to suit your preference, but this way I have decent range on Desecrate. If you don't need the extra range, you can put Equilibrium or Flow in place of Stretch. But overall, this build makes Nekros extremely tanky and lets him easily desecrate enemies. Just make sure to keep an eye on your Shadows health and recast them when they get low and you should be good to go.
