Oh, hot tip:

You don't farm Nef Anyo for morphics, you get the Morphics from the surrounding lockers, enemy drops, and containers.

They say they patched his perma-invis bug, but it's still there. Use a melee weapon with knockdown to get him out of it. He does fall through the floor at times since he's a boss without a cutscene. 

Yeah, it sucks. I've been luckier than most but I understand where you're coming from, playing RNG-c**kblocking games.

 

Yes, I open all the lockers and everything as well. In that particular run I acquired 2 up to that point, but was forced to forfeit them due to the bug.
