[TWW SPOILER] Operator question

With a fully modded Helios I cannot escape the ship... 
It simply kills me and restarts me by the operator chair until I run out of time.
Tried about 15 times now... so my end-game is getting killed by my sentinel :-(

Any ideas out there?

I killed the game and restarted it in the hopes of getting to the menus to un-equip the gun on the sentinel - but no such luck

The chamber door is supposed to open for you to make it to the Nav console at the front of the landing craft. If the doors aren't opening, it's a bug, I had to force quit the game several times.. - and I'm thinking the sentinel there to aid the purge is part of the mechanic, possibly likely be there even if it weren't equipped initially.. Just keep moving

also: only loading screen transitions are 'save points'.. if you have to force quit after one, you will be back to the beginning of last transition.
