TWW Game Breaking black screen "press 5 to use transference"

NEED HELP FOR TWW BUG

Im stuck in which i think is the last part of TWW mission 
after i press 5 a blackscreen occurs while transmission is still going then it crashes after waiting for awhile
-i tried restarting the game
-lowering all settings
-turning off directx 10 and 11, 64 bit mode
-verifying cache
-optimizing
still no luck

i can't progress through the game, seriously it is unplayable for me, 

i let my friend to log in his account on my pc, and he has no problem playing the game

I am having the same exact issue. I've tried all that you have and even tried messing with my graphics settings before using transference. I even downloaded the game on a different computer. no change. would love a fix for this

Same issue.

I have just created a thread myself as well because im getting no response whatsoever. Tried several different channel of communication with DE to no avail.

Very frustrating.
