TWW Cinematics causing screen to freeze

I had just gotten past the Golden Maw portion and the next cinematic started. Then just as the cinematic had gotten going my screens flashed from normal view to solid screens of different color. Then the screens went back to normal, however, the cinematic was frozen. I wasn't able to do anything to get the image unstuck, though the sound for the cinematic kept playing. So I alt+f4'd out of the game and restarted the game. After I logged in I was immediately thrown back into TWW quest just before the golden maw sequence. As this cinematic began the same issue occurred and the image stopped but the sound could still be heard, further I could open up the menu and perform actions in game, but the image was stuck during the cinematic.

I am completely unable to reduce the graphics to even see if that might resolve this issue. Any help with this issue would very much be appreciated.
