Barely gaining Focus points

Ever since the TWW update dropped it's been even more difficult to farm Focus points while doing solo stealth missions. It seems that the update has messed up the stealth system in general, enemies seem to be alerted by seeing corpses and/or by the enemies screaming as you stealth kill them and the affinity gain is much much lower than previously and you only get a tiny bit of Focus points from the yellow orbs now. I'd rather do this than sit in an endless mission with a simulor. Please fix Grindframe.
