BUG :: Looting reactant dont allow to reach 10/10

Siurvival mission,

reactants were located too much around me, picked up all possible and got a buff to unlimited ammo (in fact of use),
but digits shows me 8/10, the result was sadly cry, I didn't get a rare loot.

1. If I try to collect more reactants, they are remains on the floor, so isn't possible to reach 10/10, stucked at 8/10

2. Got buff "in fact" of use weapon, but buff isn't displayed on the screen at the top right conner

3. One more member from the party got this bug like me at same time.
