always dropped from squad after loading screen

I always get host migration/lost connection to host and I can only play with people if I'm the host (and even then everyone either lags or gets dropped and I have to reinvite them). When I try to load into a game I lose connection right after the loading screen every time. this has been going on for 36 hours now and it started happening out of nowhere. This happened to me once before a month ago and after a week I fixed it by disabling UPnP. but this time nothing is fixing it. Also when I analyze network it says all systems nominal

and its real frustrating that every other thread I can find on this problem is a year old with 5 pages of replies and no solution..
