Mods to increase aim glide time, Lex Prime for accuracy, lowest low level mission. Maybe Earth Defense, you can get up really high there so you have lots of air time.

I did the 5 headshots in 1 aim glide with a Supra and a Zephyr. Supra modded for high fire-rate and not too much damage. Went on a Survival mission on Sedna. Pulled a bunch of Grineer together in 1 line and jumped towards them, aiming for their heads. It's quite buggy, but somehow managed to do it in 3 attempts.

Basically it is a patagium Zephyr, you double jump in the air, and spray the enemies with your primary.

It is important that if you bullet jump too high, you might get longer time, but far worse angle to aim.
