PhoenixTheMeh Posted November 20, 2016 Share Posted November 20, 2016 This seems to be since the change where everyone begins at the beginning of the map regardless of when you join. If the starting point is in the water and the rest of the squad has left the water, you will spawn in the water with your regular weapons and be unable to leave the water.
