No reward? What is going on with missions - Why even bother?

I just spent 8 hours total farming for Ivara Chassis, and when my party finally gets the drop for it my game glitched out, dropped me through the floor and when I respawned I could no longer input anything to the game. No chat, no esc menu. nothing. I waited for them to extract and received nothing for the mission. I'm on the verge of uninstalling this game after wasting so much time then being screwed like this. 

It was already frustrating enough to receive no Ayatan Sculpture after completing Maroo's Bazaar yesterday. What the hell is going on?

 

My net connection is stable. The game is stable running at 80-140fps. This makes no sense.
