A question about Arcanes

Lately I became interested in purchasing a few arcanes, but I`m a bit confused about how their trade works. The wiki says that you need 10 arcanes of the same type to level the effect to level 4, sofor example say I`m interested in using Arcane Grace, would I need to buy 10x 150plat [lowest price i could find] arcanes to get the full effect?

That's correct, you need 10 arcane pieces to max it out.

It's 1 arcane for level 1.

It's 1+2 arcanes for level 2 (3 total).

1+2+3 arcanes for level 3 (6 total).

1+2+3+4 arcanes for level 4 (max) (10 total).

Thanks for the answer, I`mma keep my hands of them then, I`m not willing to spend so much plat on so little payoff.

Play the trials then =)

They're a nice alternative for regular gameplay and they're rewarding (credits, G3 drops, rare chests).

I thought about it, but from what I`ve seen their community is really toxic, lashing out for the slightest mistake, not really the kind I wanna roll with.

I'm raiding since the raids were released, never had an issue. The trick is to play with your friends.

If you don't have any mate to play with then find a nice clan that often runs trials :)
