Index Preview Codex scans

i only ask because i was under the impression simply killing them adds them to it while the event is active. I only have Auditor in the simulacrum and that's the one i've killed the least, How do i get the others into the codex(specifically the simulacrum)?

 

On a related note Are they affected by the EMP Aura Mod? or are they not considered regular corpus?

this is my real account, idk why i was logged into the pc version account by default -.- anyway i couldnt edit my post so,

is the not so useful medi-pet kit the most common drop from this? i feel like im trying to farm argon scope again...
