0 xiaodenden Posted November 21, 2016 Share Posted November 21, 2016 If you fulfilled all the requirements, then Once Awaken should have unlocked. Maybe you ran into some sort of bug? If I were you, I would contact support and see if they can help you. They probably have a record of your what you've done in game, but just in case show them a screenshot showing that you've completed the Mercury Junction.
