fullscreen mode slow videogame

hi everybody, before update warwithin i play it max resolution, fullscreen and the first list of video options switch disable.

after warwithin, i start to notice a slow o lag in the videogame, even if i play it with all video options disable, and low resolution (fullscreen option).

now if i reduce the size of  the windows mode (reudcing the window with hold "Ctrl" key and the mouse pointer), the videogame can run faster with all the video options enable and high options.

i dont know why the fullscreen mode slow or lag the videogame it dosent matter the resolution choosen.

heres a print screen of my desktop laptop, and the scale of the windows that i have now for play, (in resolution i use the max size, but after the reduction of the windows, now say other value resolution).
