Relics need a vaulted tag and filter

If they can't be farmed any more we need to be able to filter that. There are getting to be too many relics to keep track of now, i Have many that have some common Hikou part or nyx part on them that are vaulted, but the rare is still farmable, but it's on another relic. I'd rather use the farm-able ones first, or only whittle my vaulted relics down to a certain level before I start paying attention to the vaulted items on them. It also lets me know that the part i'm after is now on another relic (I may or may not have).

Really should be releasing the primed relics like Mags, all the items on a few relics, so they can be cleanly vaulted and unvaulted with ease (or even better replace parts on the relics instead of leaving them in the field).

At least give us the info though.
