Xbox One will not download new update

So my warframe launcher on Xbox One gives me the "Failed to download portions of the update, restart warframe to try again" message.  I do not have an option to update through Games and Apps menu, and I have tried power cycling my Xbox One, along with removing my power cord to force a hard reset.  Any other ideas on how to force this update to download correctly?

 

Edit: Well uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game finally triggered the update to download properly.  Frustrating but at least the game works again.

have you tried uninstalling and reinstall the game??? If not i would give that a try i had that happen before where an update would fail to download and i would have to do it to get the game to run.

That would be at least 35.5 GB to redownload, don't really want to have to do that but I may not have a choice
