war within stuck after dying in ship

*SPOILERS*

 

After becoming the operator (after losing the link to my frame in the mission), I use my power on the chair. After that, I get to the part where I have to get to the console in the front, but when I got to the ramp right before it, I kept getting hit by the damage steam thing. After dying, it respawned me, and then immediately did this:  http://imgur.com/a/2XkBh

 

After that, i can't do anything. Can't open the menu, can't press any buttons, nothing. I am going to have to close it by task manager and see if I can redo the mission.

EDIT: Closing it and reopening it did restart the mission from the orbitor part.
