Texture glitch with Atamos

So, I was playing on Hiericon with my Vauban Prime and my favorite infested killer. But at some point, the texture on my frame glitched and made me have the "charred" look of something killed by the Atamos, which lasted all mission. I believe it happened when I killed a Brood Mother from close range with a maggot on me, so it may have been something involving the chaining effect of the weapon with the attached maggot. What's more, the same thing happened later in the mission, and while the texture of my frame didn't change, I was now constantly taking damage, as if I had an invisible maggot on me. This too, lasted the whole mission long.

The clan emblem is also glitched. It's supposed to have a transparent background behind the diamond, but it also got replaced with the charred texture
