Decent mod here that will give you permanent red crits (+Point Strike) as well as a decent base damage boost.  The below build consists of the standard corrosive layout,  Serration, Heavy Cal, Point Strike, Vital Sense,Split Chamber, Riven, Stormbringer, and Infected Clip.  I am sure if you go the Viral route with Primed Cryo the numbers would be higher.

First decent offer will get it (mod is unranked).  I am certainly not expecting the same amount of plat that goes for the Top Tier mods.
