Can't buy prime vault?

I've been trying to buy the frost prime pack using a master card and it says error occured please try again..

I tried 7 times and still nothing anyone having problems like this as well??

rechargable card or normal credit card ? If rechargable maybe there wasnt enough money on it...if credit card i dont know...you should try again in a few hours.

Perhaps you have the card capped so you can't overspend on it (i.e. not enough in the account/close to going over)? If you know you have enough money in your account. Though if you know you have enough on the card/in your account I would recommend either submitting a support ticket and/or calling your card provider (I know that I had a situation once where my bank was blocking certain transactions)

And word of advice, never try running -insert payment method- several times, easy way to cap your balance or get the card flagged for possible fraud.

I actually fixed it by buying it off steam so it's done ty for the help guys
