Fatal Teleport Augment Bugs

I'm just here to report a few finishers that do not work when using this mod with certain weapons on certain enemies even though they do have their own finishers on said enemies (if you manage to stealth finish them). If you are aware of additional ones that I do not have listed please post below for DE to see. 

Fatal Teleport Finisher Bugs
* Nikanas vs. Chargers
* Claws (e.g. Venka Prime) vs. Chargers
* Nikanas vs. Moa
* Staph Weapons (e.g. broken scepter) vs. Moa
* Nikanas vs. Ancients
* Nikanas vs. Broods
* Claws vs. Infested Moas
