Sedna Junction Relay Problem

I'm having trouble unlocking the relay to fight the specter I've completed all the other requirements defeat vay hek 10 sentients and collect three mods form the moon vaults but the one that's causing me the most frustration is the craft a weapon requiring mastery rank 5 or higher. I've made multiple weapons that are over rank 5 and it still hasn't @(*()$ done it i had Sedna unlocked before the Rail update so is it bugged if not i don't know what to do?

IIRC I crafted a second Stradavar and it covered all of my "craft weapon with MR X or higher" requirements.  Some of the other weapons MR locks are wonky cause they were added later, not sure though.

For that challenge I just built a Soma. It fits the req and is easy as far as resources go.

This his a fix that some players say it worked for them in bugged junctions, built the item, do a mission on the planet, go to junction , leave junction, go to foundry, claim the item and the requirement should be now ☑.
