War within quest won't end.

I've completed the quest, made it through all the checkpoints when I look at the codex I am in my ship able to do missions freely however clicking on the quest prompts nothing to happen and it won't say I've completed it, is there a step I'm missing or is this a pure bug ? 

 

Update: I got off the game and back on and it completed, a slight hiccup I suppose
