Defence (fissure) bugs

There are some problems with defence missions (fissure):
1) Sometimes reward screen bugs out and none of the players in the cell are able to see or choose the rewards from their relics (and reactant counter near cell member's names are set to 0);

2) If there is a host migration after host decides to extract after any 5 wave increment, host migration may take more time than usual resulting in the inability for one or more cell members to select relic for another 5 wave increment resulting in wasted time for said players
