._.-._.
maybe a bit lore junkie here so what are those white walls / ceilings in orokin towers? are those made out of ceramics? Edited December 16, 2016 by Primbone
0 Cortanis
I don't think they've ever given any kind of an answer about this one. Given that they're used in space, I'd have to hazard a guess that they're some kind of alloy basis and not ceramics.
0 Rolunde
I've always thought maybe the white part was supposed to be marble, as a callback along with all that gold to showing off their tremendous wealth and power. Granted it's not grained so probably not, but just going for the same intent then. Spoiler Roman architecture Note that it is possible to make made or Cultured Marble and this would be along the lines of what you're thinking. "Cultured stone is a blend of stone particles and resins that is combined with pigments to produce a wide range of colors and realistic, natural looking patterns – cultured marble, cultured granite, and cultured onyx among them. Unlike quarried stone, cultured stone is cast in molds to create specific pieces such as bathtubs, sinks, countertops, backsplashes, moldings and trim, shower walls and shower pans." 0 ._.-._.
hmmm that would be so :D despite those walls have ceramic-like and plain textures, i would presume they're made out of ceramics...
