I can't revive allies

I cannot revive allies in 95% of my missions. It just happens to me, my allies can do it. I become useless in duo missions and it's starting to make me lose full games. 

It goes like this: I stand near the fallen ally, I press button to revive, then you hear the smoking sound and does the hand move thing, but no percentages of reviving come up. Not even 0%. I'm basically stuck there doing a pointless action until I press scape. It comes out of the reviving channelling and then,  when I walk, my allies tend to see the reviving "smoke" coming out of my hands as I kill or shoot. What the F***?

if it were a minor bug I wouldn't mind, but trust me, it's making me lose games and waste time. 

Can someone ( especially warframe team) help me with this issue?
