platinum purchase missing

Has anyone else had problems when they buy platinum with a coupon and it disappears out of your account without you buying anything with it? I purchased the 1000 platinum and 1 rare mod bundle from the platinum store with a 75% off coupon and I logged into my game and saw that it was there. not too long ago I went to use that platinum to rush a build that I started but the platinum I had bought at noon today was gone. I can still see that the purchase went through with my bank account so something needs to be done about this. Heres an image proving the puchase http://imgur.com/7fIF0wP

So by posting on the forums about it expecting us people of the forum to do something about it, instead of contacting support and waiting for them to get to you on a work day, it's going to help you right?

Not trying to be rude but honestly, this is an issue for support desk. Not forums.

I am not expecting help from people on the forums. I have already opened a ticket and am working on trying to get it fixed. The only reason I made this post was to see if anyone else had this issue.
