So I re rolled my Lanka riven and got 96.6 multyshot

electricity+100.4

toxin +93.4 

- damage to corpus 37.4

are these any good?

Very good.

Lower damage to Corpus is a slight disadvantage but you can place Rime Rounds or (Primed) Cry Rounds ahead of your Riven to deal Magnetic + Toxin damage, which is excellent against shields and Crewman and acceptable against robots.

I'd keep it until or unless you get a something that has at least two out of Multishot, Damage, Crit Chance, or Crit Multiplier rolls.
