Apparently was meant to be a reward for completing the Jordas Precept quest for the first time, I've had the quest completed for a while now but i've never actually recieved the badge, is this a thing that they di on purpose or just something that slipped through the cracks?

The badge is rewarded for completing The Jordas Verdict trial for the first time, not the Jordas Precept quest.
