How To Use A Contoller?

i played warframe for a while, but now i want to try the controller. i plugged it in my USB-port, i can see the controller in my PC-settings, but warframe does not identify it. i tried to customize the gamepad, unfortunately i couldn't.

 

i use a cheap gamepad, it's from Saltek. maybe warframe does not support no-brand-controllers...

i hope you can help me.

try using x360ce its an xbox controller emulator so you can use a simple gamepad with most game that have only x360 controller support

Currently the only controller that is supported is the Xbox360. You can also try what BlackJackD said

not working, i confugurated the settings of x360ce, but still i can't customize my gamepad in the settings(in game)

im trying to do the same but i cannot figure out how to get either of those programs to work.

I use MotionJoy emulator with a Ps3 controller, the game reads it as a X360 one, so the only difference are the Triggers, (L1,L2,R1,R2).
