Warframe crashin frequently due to CPU usage

So, as the title suggests, Warframe is using up a great deal of my CPU. Usually it's hovering around 70% but sometimes spikes up quite a bit, causing it to freeze birefly and then crash. It's been doing this since around a week or two back. It's the only game doing this which makes me think that it's probably something wiht my computer, but who knows.
