Getting the Chroma BP

As the title says I wish to build Chroma. I started the new strange quest before specters of the rail dropped and I am now stuck in the part where I have to craft the Chroma mark wich requires parts that I believe do not exist. When I look up how to get chroma's bp in the market it says I need to complete The New Strange.

the BPs are Relay rewards, as far as I know. can't tell you which is where, though. I'd suggest checking the wiki.

As the wiki also mentions the BP for the actual warframe is acquired through the New Strange quest.

that's weird. I suggest you contact support then. I finished the quest looooong ago, but got the component BPs from Junctions (not Relays, derp, wrong term) after Specters update. probably still collecting digi-dust in my inventory.
