TrouNoir
The Tennogen Banshee Echo helmet is currently tradeable most likely due to a bug. I have an opportunity to buy one, but I want to know if that's against the EULA or if it will be revoked later on when the bug is patched.
0 Gravalite
I assume that it would fall into the category of exploiting a glitch or bug for profit which is against the ToS. I wouldn't dabble with it at all just to be safe as it's not intended to be trade able. Edit: I realize you're the one buying but still nonetheless I still say you shouldn't buy it. 0 Calwon5
Tennogen items are not meant to be able to be traded between players, it's only purchasable through steam with money instead of plat. Its up to you if you want to risk it. I on the other highly advise you that you don't do it.
0 CityOfTrees
Tennogen items SHOULD be able to be traded, even though this is not intended. The legal stuff dissallows their direct purchase with plat. What you do with the purchased item is up to you, I believe. On the other hand, since this is a bug, trading it would qualify as abuse. In case you do it: Worst case scenario is they remove the helmet and ask you to buy a new one before getting your account. Best case scenario is nothing happens.
