Lag that Causes Crash when Closing

So I have been encountering a weird issue that seems to happen randomly, the game will "lag" (the frames stutter but my fps doesn't drop from 60 and my ping is still 15ms) and so I try to restart, only thing is when I close the game it goes away and causes a weird crash to where the only thing I can click on my screen is the taskbar. I then have to restart my computer to fix it, or some combination of task manager and logging in and out. This has happened to me on both my gaming computer and my laptop, which both have run warframe in the past just fine. It doesn't happen all the time, but it sometimes (fairly infrequently) happens.
