"power In Use" Bug

Playing as a Volt, this is more than annoying. It seems recently (After the 8.3 Patch) that when I use any of my powers once, I cannot melee or use any other powers and I'm being told my powers are still in use. The only way around this that I've found is to die, but it repeats as soon as I use another ability. Has anyone encountered this?

Same here currently experiencing it, cant finish the event thanks to it. :C

same here since yesterdays patch, even the mission i was playing while patch deployment worked perfectly fine.. now no melee and allways the power in use bug

same here as a volt , i think it happen when you use 1-4 skills and Aim+Shot too fast

I'm experiencing this bug as well and it is, in fact, game breaking. Plus, after some time, I try to switch between secondary and primary, and I lose the ability to shoot. This latter problem happened on my latest Capture mission, which was obviously impossible to finish, since Matchmaking virtually never pairs me up with anyone.

I played with another volt in-game and I got it and he didnt.
