0 Ciaus Posted December 30, 2016 Share Posted December 30, 2016 (edited) I'm not 100% sure but I think it means any spy mission between level 1 and 15. 2 is 16-25 and 3 26+. I think. I know the rewards are split like that. So like the spy mission on Earth. It could also mean that completing any 1 vault is sufficient to have a chance at that relic. But I'd go with the first possibility until you can see otherwise. EDIT: Checked wiki. Sorry had wrong numbers.
