pc and ps4 connectable?

is it possible to get a ps4 emulator or something so that I can play with my brother who uses ps4 while using a pc? or why don't they give pc users the option to stay in sync with Sony updates so we can play with either pc or ps4? I'm just curious cause I built a new gaming pc and I wanted to play with my brother who uses ps4

you cant join PS4 warframe from a pc. because sony. sadly. if sony said sure we will do cross platform it would be possible.... 

 

also. there probably is no emulator for PS4 warframe on a PC.
