Negative dmg towards Grineer is always bad, besides Daikyu is a status bow, not a Crit bow. 

Far from an amazing riven.

Daikyu is more of a hybrid bow, having good status and ok crit. Pumping firerate into the bow will always out damage the crit variant in the long run, however since Daikyu has such a long draw time hoping you get lucky with a crit to one shot some units is probably the better way to go. Also -faction damage is a big no when it comes to rivens.
